Semen Processing Protocols

Entrance to lab protected change boots and overcoat	Wash hands	Ensure all the equipment is set up
Prepare the diluent heat to 35°C for at least 2 hours	Semen delivered to the lab	Weigh the semen sample
Smell the semen sample	Check motility	(if necessary) check colorimeter
Ensure all records are completed	Dispense the required volume of diluent	Add the raw semen to the diluent
Check the semen motility post dilution	Place diluted semen into thermo-cabinet	Turn off all equipment and Clean the lab
