Optimal production

This simple spreadsheet provides a guide to what is possible on the farm.

It assumes that there are sufficient resources around the farm for the animals to be accommodated with excellent welfare.  For example in the finishing herd there is sufficient space.  For further details of requirements please visit the area on biology targets.

However, be real - for example a 100% wean to finish - ie a 0% post-weaning mortality figure is not going to happen.
