Spreadsheet Apps Pig Production
These Apps allow you to quickly provide answers to those galling questions:
"How high is a nipple drinker supposed to be for a 48kg pig?" - for example.
The spreadsheets are in excel so you will need an excel reader on your pocket PC or smart phone.
We use Planmaker on the Pocket PC, eoffice on the blackberry and Documents to Go on the iphone.
Unfortunately they all do not exactly work like excel on the computer.
In
eoffice the layout is poorer and the calendars do not work.
Documents to Go - roundup is not includes in the formula and
so this function has had to be modified.
In most circumstances you may need to alter the column width particularly the first column to allow the words to be visualised.
However, with these small niggle issues, the programmes can be used and are offered in a format where the user can easily modify to suite their own circumstances.
Please note: These spreadsheets are offered only a guide to production.
